Over The Top Barbershop started as a single chair and a relentless standard. Founder Cesar Salinas built this shop on the belief that every man deserves to walk out looking and feeling his best — no shortcuts, no compromises.
Today we operate four locations across San Antonio, but the culture hasn't changed. Every barber on our team is trained to the same exacting standard. Every client gets the same attention, the same precision, the same experience.
